Jake is a nine year old yellow lab cross from Heavenly Creatures who has been staying at Topsailstar Pet Center for months now. I am not sure about Jake’s previous history but have worked with him fairly extensively since he has arrived at Topsailstar. I do know that he was doted on by his previous owner until the owner’s untimely passing. He is a great dog with a fun loving attitude. He loves walks and affection and will gladly cage some pats from anybody who wants to give them to him. He needs to be in a home.
When he came to Topsailstar he was not good on a leash. He now walks much better and knows all his basic obedience commands. He is ok with other dogs but can be rude and will snap at another dog if he is snapped at first.
