Rupert and Jewel are three and a half year old Sharpei/Bulldog mixes. Yes, they are stunning. They are currently in the care of Janine Colbert and are not part of any rescue organization. They are staying at Topsailstar. Their original owners gave them up due to aggression issues and incident of biting. They were going to be put to sleep but Janine decided to step in to try to give them a second chance on life. She owns their brother Riley.
Rupert and Jewel need a lot of work. They are not dogs for average dog owners. They need a home that will continue the training that is currently ongoing and a home that is going to be dilligent in working with them, desensitizing them to other people and counter conditioning them to other dogs. However, for the owner willing to do this, the new owner can have a great dog.
They are spayed and neutered and up to date on all innoculations. They can go into a new home together or separately.
